This may also mean deleting from the Travel Guide system, in which case the user will not be compensated; (vii) Don Daddy is not responsible for the content and credibility of the user-generated Travel Guide; (viii) any user may initiate a new Point of Interesting (POI), which can only be used after Don Daddy’s approval; (ix) a user can make a payout if his balance has reached $ 30 ; (x) Don Daddy makes payment initiation on first workday of the next week; (xi) cost of payout is borne by the user; (xii) if the user experiences an abnormality in any POI, user or purchased Travel Guide, he may report it and Don Daddy investigate it; (xiii) Navigation – whether online or offline – is provided by external programs, so Don Daddy is not responsible for any resulting errors; (xiv) user-acquired content is digital content and therefore, after purchase we cannot refund; (xv) the purchased content is downloaded to the user’s phone, but only the right to use it passes to the customer. Everything else remains at the creator and Don Daddy. We maintain whatever authority is needed to terminate your utilization of the Service or any related Sites for disregarding any of the applicable rules.
